US domestic shipping

We ship from the United States.

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive shipment.

• After order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order along with a tracking number to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing order. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrect address

Local Pick-up

In-person pickup is available *****free of charge.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be prepared and ready for pick up.

• After your order is ready, we will send you an email along with specific pick up instructions.

• All orders must be picked up within business hours. (9am-5:30pm) NO EXCEPTIONS.

• If orders are not picked up within 3 days, a full refund will be issued and items will be made available to other customers for purchase..

***IMPORTANT*** EACH CUSTOMER MUST HAVE CONFIRMATION EMAIL IN HAND WHEN PICKING UP ORDERS!

Returns

As a company, we understand that some items may fit different than others so we give you the option to return any uniform that limits you from giving your best at work.

All items worn will not be acceptable for return or exchange.

Also, FACE MASKS are a final sale. Masks are non-refundable.

Every customer has 7 days to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or, undamaged uniform pieces that have been purchased along with original tags still attached for a full refund.
